    In einer ini Datei die man sich anlegen kann. Diese muss man aber nicht anlegen, dann werden die Standard Einstellungen verwendet für den Server. Der Standard TCP Query Port ist 10011.

    Just a quick update.. now it seems to work fine on the tsviewer control panel: on the left it is online, on the right proper infos. Theres one more thing to fix im getting crazy to.. it still shows an error on the website www.bong.altervista.org im setting up... cleared the browser cache with no success too.. trying to configure the plugin for e107, tried to change TeamSpeak3 server TCP port (default 10011) to 10080 in plugin config no success too :/

    Hi there,
    i went through all the permissions setting stuff so i can finally see my server details on the right side of the user panel (i can see users online, welcome msg, etc.)... still it shows offline!
    Thought it was due to refreshing and/or data global scan retrieval but no way, even waiting a new scan after 15 mins it still stand off. Got no error messages anymore.. what to do?
    Thanks in advance everyone and cheers

    Checked it.

    - UDP ok: i was able to connect with the TS3 client to your server from my home computer (UDP connection working).

    - TCP problem: i was not able to connect to your TS3 server on 10011 from my home computer and not from the TSViewer.com server

    - PING and TRACEROUTE was possible from my home computer and the TSViewer.com server

    You could see if you are able to establish an TCP connection from your home computer to your server. Just take PuTTY and open a TCP connection to your server on port 10011 or use the telnet command (telnet dedi.encore-gamers.eu 10011).

    And try the same directly on your server without leaving the network adapter (connecting to localhost or 127.0.0.1).

    You could check TS3 server log and see if there is anything when you establish a TCP connection (connection denied or whatever log entry).

    You could check if there are other programms listening on TCP port 10011, making this port unavailable to the TeamSpeak server.

    Hello I am currently hosting a TS3 server on a dedicated server the problem is i am unable to register it with tsviewer server. The reason is that the service cannot verify that TS3 server is ONLINE.

    FYI the server is fully functional and the ports are open on the firewall.(I am using the default ports(9987udp,10011tcp,30033tcp). Any information would be helpful.

    Further information:
    * OS: Windows 2008 server R2
    * Firewall: Default windows + Providers
    * TS3: latest version unlicensed

    Nmap results:
    PORT STATE SERVICE
    9987/udp filtered unknown
    10011/tcp filtered unknown
    30033/tcp filtered unknown

    Read data files from: /usr/share/nmap
    Nmap done: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 3.04 seconds
