    Log:
    - hitman seems to have solved the problem on its own
    - helped VICE to setup the rights. Some things are unclear in the english version of the guide. Will update it.

    I tried all of these suggestions and TS3 Viewer is still not working. The latest build of TS3 is somewhat different. Could you try these settings with the lates build and revise the instruction set please?

    It would be much appreciated as I see many sites with the \"2568 Insufficient Permissions\" error in the Viewer window/frame.
