Hey!

It fails when my server sends the "serverinfo" command to your server and your server says the permission with the ID "23" is not allowing to use that command.

The permission with ID "23" is this one:
name -> b_virtualserver_info_view
decription -> Retrieve virtual server information

Double-check your permissions, follow this explanation step by step, the permissions are not set right currently :(

what does that mean !! my server works just fine and i don't know why i can't post it on ts viewer ! i have done all permissions ! help dude

Did the guide step by step ....still no workie .... :(

Hey Cor,

i cant tell you what changed on the server. If the server is rent, you could ask your hosting company. If there are other admins on the server you could ask them if they changed the permissions.

Anyway, please check if this permission is allowed correctly for the Guest server group and if not you would need to allow it.

Can somebody explain to me why the last couple of days the server was shown on the website. Even this morning when I was leaving for work and now I am getting Error
Code: 2568
insufficient client permissions (failed on b_virtualserver_channelgroup_list)

This is very strange. If it had enough permissions to work this morning why not anymore?

Und was soll man bei anroid tun? :(

Wir haben alles soweit gemacht hab mich auch schon weiter duchgelesen find aber leider keine Lösung.
